Warranty period
1. Domestic
(ordinary home use - non income producing)2 years
2. Semi-professional or Professional
(e.g. contractors, landscape gardeners)1 year

Items not covered
1. Natural disaster accidents, such as fire, earthquake, flood etc.
2. Breakdown caused by carelessness or wrong use.
3. Breakdown caused by repair by a non-authorised dealer, wrongly installed parts or incorrect diagnosis.
4. Damage caused by the machine being dropped.
5. Consumable items such as filters and blades.
6. Use of non-genuine parts in service or repair.
7. Damage to the engine caused by insufficient filter or lubrication maintenance.
8. Breakdown caused by the use of incorrect or defective fuel.
9. Damage caused by continuous use of the machine when a defect is evident.
10. Discolouration, rust and corrosion caused by normal field work.

General
1. The warranty will apply from the date of purchase.
2. The machine will have been supplied by an approved repairing and servicing dealer and will have been prepared by him for operation prior to sale.
3. Machines will have been operated and maintained in accordance with recommendations contained in the Operator's Manual.
4. The second year warranty for lawnmowers will be operative only if the mower has been serviced by an approved servicing dealer during the first year of ownership (proof of purchase and of service may be required in case of a second year claim).
